That means if at any point the item is proven (with a letter/proof from a reputable source that Pax Historia can confirm) to have been sold under a false description (labelled incorrectly, fake, replica, etc.), a return and full refund can be requested. Additionally, for these cases, we will work with the buyer to cover any lost costs, including shipping. For All Goods: Our satisfaction policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange based on product satisfaction. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
